If I could give 0 stars I would. Got my car towed due to a shift gear cable that snapped. They called me and advised me I had a leak in my coolant tank which I’ve been aware of for 3 years never caused any issues nothing. I had to constantly call to check if my car was being worked on and for updates even though I was advised I’ll receive multiple calls back. When my car was finished no call was made I called right before they were closed and they said oh yea it’s ready. I pick up my car now drive 30 mins under my hood is smoking my engine light is on and my car stops on me. Mind you all that was supposed to be touched was the GEAR nothing more. My charger port no longer works and I took my car to another mechanic because Vale told me that my car ironically stopping and having issues I never had such as over heating and smoking from the hood was a me problem smh. The new mechanic now tells me not only do I have a leak in my coolant tank which was known I now have a hole in my hose that lead from the coolant tank and need a new water pump. Ironic right? But of course when I was advised from Val he said he could fix my tank but I said I’ll get that done later since the issue has been under control for THREE YEARS. Now all of a sudden I have 3 major issues when there was no reason for my water pump, coolant hose or coolant tank to have been touched when all you were asked to fix was a GEAR SHIFT CABLE. So pretty much I was screwed over and he didn’t care to even try to meet me half way to resolve the issue he clearly caused. Even the mechanic said he had to do something. I just took my car in last month major issues but now it’s with you for 24-48 hours and it comes out worse and it’s on me to fix it. TRASH PLACE but hey at least they seemed nice at the time of payment ☺️
